FuTong Electrical Pipeline manufacture corp.Ltd of HeBei（whose former is Yanshan county Electrical tubing corp.Ltd of HeBei） is the appointed supplier of the State Power Corporation,the Ministry of Chemical and China petroleum and Chemical Industry Corporation.Our company has passed through ISO9002 Quality Assurance and had been named “AAA”highest-level credit enterprise by HeBei of China Agricultural Bank and had been awarded the honour “compling with contracts and holding on credits”continuously during the passed 13 years by HeBei Administration for Industry&Commerce.In May 1999,our high-pressure tubing(PN ≥28.22MPa)product passed through the manufacture qualification by the State Power Corporation.And our company obtained the security-registered certificate of pressure-tubing manufacture unit issued by the State Supervise Bureau of Quality and Techinique in september 1999.
The company with an area of 105,000 squre meters,was founded in 1975.There are 386 employees including 121 engineering technicians with fixed capital 58,600,000 yuan and current capital 66,500,000 yuan.We have sets of international advanced tubing equipments involving 13 test machines of 20-2000 ton water-pressuer ,5 shock sensing machines of middle frequence,1 sensing elbowing machine of middle frequence, 2 heat-treatment stoves,2500mm standing vehicles,2 series of equipments for Trees and Flangs and 192 other product equipments.Our corporation has two testing system of hign-pressure and lower(or middle )–pressure . the testing funtion includes:X-ray wound-probing ,magnet power and supersonic wound-probing metallurgical analysis,infra-red temperture controlling techniques and measuring system.
