β-dextranase is a kind of good bio-enzyme,which is made through fermenting the excellent germ seed.It is used in beer fermentation to reduce the viscocity of wheat juice and improve the character of filter,avoid beer mix,stable beer quality.

USING METHOD
When it is used in sugaring,this enzyme should be mixed into 200g-400g per ton wheat which is mixed into when the sugaring start.
When it is used in beer production,it can be put into the fermentation cylinder together with the cool wheat juice.The best quantity this enzyme is mixed into is 4g-10g per ton malt juice.
USING RANGE
This product can be mainly used in beer fermentation.
